Bluetooth speakers for mac2/5/2023 My iphone still pairs just fine to my Edifier speakers which is why I think it's an issue with the Macbook. I've since been able to re-pair my Macbook to my other bluetooth devices (other speakers/Mouse, etc) but not to my Edifier speakers. Now Edifier won't even come up as discoverable for me to try to connect. So that's when I tried debugging and resetting everything. I've Googled all I can to see how to get my Edifier speakers to "pairing mode" and can't find anything, so I just assume it's enough to keep it on the bluetooth setting.Īt one point I did get the speakers discoverable again with my Macbook's bluetooth, but when I clicked connect, it just had an error sign and said it couldn't connect, with no further note or help. I have tried the following: debugging bluetooth, resetting bluetooth devices to factory setting, turning off my Edifier speakers and back on, making sure it is on Bluetooth setting. Tell it what selection or playlist to play and which Bluesound speakers or components you want it to play through. Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV 4K to control Apple Music with voice commands. I thought the update would fix it, but it has not. And if you subscribe to Apple Music®, you can do even more. Since last night, before my update to Mac OS Big Sur, my Edifier bluetooth speakers stopped pairing with my Macbook Pro.
